Seven Keys’ manager, Denisa Michovska, talks in the evening news in a spot about potentional regulation of Airbnb in Prague. She states that it is very important to comply all the laws related to short term rental. Denisa explains how Seven Keys is helping its clients to follow the rules such as keeping guestbooks, reporting guests to the Foreign Police, and so on. In addition, Denisa mentions how much would it be easier if the tourists taxes were paid directly through Airbnb. This would save a lot of time and administration, people couldn’t avoid paying these fees, and Prague would automatically collect some significant amount of money.
